Rustic Souls Return Policy
Rustic Souls does not offer returns but does offer free exchanges on items that are returned within 14 days ONLY IF item is unworn and in original packaging. All clearance items and custom pieces do not qualify for exchanges. If you have questions about returns and exchanges please send your inquiry before making a purchase at email@example.com.
There is no upcharge for a custom piece. If you are looking for something unique get the design process started by sending an email with what you are looking for at firstname.lastname@example.org. Custom pieces are not eligible for an exchange.
If an item has broken due to craftsmanship than the item will be fixed or replaced depending on the piece. If a fix or replacement cannot be accommodated than a credit will be given. If you have a piece that was broken due to negligence a repair fee will be applied to fix it which varies per piece.
Items are handmade made so touch is unavoidable. However, I make in an environment that is cleaned often and each piece purchased is disinfected before being packaged and shipped. But as a second layer of protection, it is recommended that you disinfect again upon opening.
