Rustic Souls Return Policy
Defect & Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every piece is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. If an issue arises, contact us first with photos for approval. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost within 6 months of purchase. Original defective piece must be shipped back to be repaired. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations void this guarantee. If a piece was damaged by wearer and not cause of maker defect, a fee will be assessed and applied to fix the damaged item.
Returns & Refunds
*14 day refund window: Contact us within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping). Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
*14–30 days: Store credit or exchange only (if item is unused).
*After 30 days: No refunds or exchanges, except for defects (see Craftsmanship Guarantee).
Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and custom orders (unless defective).
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus return shipping costs. Allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.

You cover return shipping. For items over $75, we recommend tracking/insurance if you are having to ship on your own behalf and not with a return address label provided.
Exchanges
Due to one-of-a-kind designs, exact exchanges are not guaranteed. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
Gifts
Would you like to return a gift you received? Gift purchases receive store credit via email once the return is approved.
Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds exclude original and return shipping fees.
- For defective items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Custom Orders (if applicable)
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. This secures materials and labor for your unique piece. Before starting, we’ll finalize design details and provide a cost estimate. Progress photos will be shared to ensure satisfaction. Once complete, the remaining balance is due before shipping. No refunds are given unless the piece has a craftsmanship defect but efforts will be made to fix the defect first if possible before refunding the purchase. If we cannot source agreed-upon materials, a full refund (including deposit)will be issued. Major design changes after work begins may require additional fees.
